This Refund Policy explains when statementconverter.co may refund paid purchases or restore credits.
The service offers free daily usage so users can test conversion quality before purchasing. Refunds are meant to cover first-time paid purchases with low usage or service-side failures, not heavy usage after successful conversion.
Free usage may be available before purchase. Current beta limits may include one free page every 24 hours for anonymous visitors and higher free limits for registered users.
Free usage is provided so you can test whether your bank statement PDFs work with the service before buying paid credits or a plan.
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time paid purchases when no more than 20% of the purchased paid credits have been used.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase and include the email address used for the account or purchase.
If a valid text-based bank statement fails because of a service issue, we will normally restore the affected credits first.
If we cannot resolve the issue and the request falls within the refund window, you may request a refund.
Unsupported files, including scanned statements, image-only PDFs, non-bank-statement files, corrupted files, or formats the product clearly says are not supported, are not treated as service-side failures.

If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel future renewals through the product or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the refund request qualifies under this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
Unused subscription credits may expire according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in the product.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5-10 business days after approval.
Payment provider fees, exchange rates, bank delays, and local payment rules may affect the amount or timing of the final refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
