How page packs work, what counts, and what happens when things go wrong.

How are pages counted?

A successfully converted PDF page uses one page from your pack. A 12-page PDF uses 12 pages when it is converted successfully.

Do page packs expire?

No. Starter, Pro, and Business page packs do not expire. Use them whenever you need to convert a statement.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Anonymous visitors can convert 1 page per 24 hours. Free registered users can convert 5 pages per 24 hours. No credit card needed.

What if a conversion fails or there is a service-side error?

Failed uploads, unsupported files, system errors, and conversions that fail before a usable result is produced should not consume paid pages. If paid pages are consumed because of a service-side failure, we may restore the affected pages. Use the preview and validation warnings to check the output before downloading.

Can I buy more pages later?

Yes. You can buy another pack at any time. New pages are added to your existing balance.

Can I get a refund?

First-time purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days when no more than 20% of paid pages have been used. See our refund policy for the full conditions.

Why page packs instead of a monthly subscription?

Page packs let you pay once and use pages on your schedule — no monthly fee when work is slow. If your statement volume is uneven, page packs can cost less than a subscription you only use some months.
